Surprise Guest

New agents in my office were treated to a special guest appearance today. Thank you to Wayne Paprocki for stopping by during my class on Negotiation!! Wayne was my instructor for my recent certification class Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE)®. Dynamic, inspirational and a great guy. What an honor to have him! He gave some valuable insights to the new agents on WIN-WIN strategies and marketing. What a nice surprise!
