A good team goes a long way...

In most cases a pleasantly uneventful final walk-through occurs with my buyers. It's usually when we see the house vacant, get excited to move-in and head to closing. In this case, there were a couple issues that developed. Thankfully, my team of attorney and loan officer were instantly available after hours to advise on the problem and together we came up with a solution so that we can close on time today.
