The article in today's Tribune validates what I have been telling clients since February. To summarize, our area has low inventory of decent homes. There are multiple offers on good homes. May broke the losing streak since April 2008 of declining median prices, if only for $100 increase. "What it signals is the first stage of the bumpy ride at the bottom," director of the regional economics applications lab at UofI. " I think the trend is going to be mostly positive, but there may be months where it is not."
